5. Payments & Withdrawals

Payments to users are processed according to the payout methods available in your region. We reserve the right to verify user identity (KYC) before approving any withdrawal. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on advertiser activity and user engagement.

6. Advertiser Policies

Advertisers purchasing ad credits agree that once campaigns are activated, they are non-refundable for impressions or clicks already served. All ad content must comply with applicable advertising laws and our Anti-Fraud Policy.

7. Anti-Fraud and Compliance

Fraudulent activity, such as using bots, fake referrals, or click rings, will result in permanent account suspension. We actively monitor IP addresses and device activity to ensure fair participation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Microtask Digital Services Ltd. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. The service is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for violation of these terms or suspected fraudulent behavior.
